Great place! Ask for Ali. He did an amazing job on my son’s hair! My son is extremely tender-headed and has difficult hair to work with. He had a few previous bad experiences with getting his hair cut in the past. This led to him dreading haircuts, but Ali changed that.
Ali is the best barber experience I have had among the several barbers and shops I have been to in Lexington. He did an amazing job of figuring out what I wanted and giving me a cut to fit that expectation. He is personable and very talented!

I cannot recommend Anthony enough. He seems like he cared more about my hair than I did! LOL. The cut was great! Great convo, chill vibes and very professional. Highly recommend if you’re in the Lexington area.
Just recently started going here and can truly say this is a great place and atmosphere. The shop has a modern-day cozy feel. Anthony is the guy to go to. He’s punctual and never keeps you waiting, takes his time and really takes pride in his work.

I visited Exotic Cuts for the first time last Saturday and was extremely satisfied. I’ve had trouble finding a barber that can cut my hair the way I like as well as being able to hold a decent convo and be professional but I finally got a great experience.
Great environment, ask for Anthony he’ll get you right. If you’re new to the city, need a barber, don’t worry you don’t have to go far. Not too far down Alumni just outside of University of Kentucky’s campus. Book your appointment you won’t be disappointed.

$30–40 My fiancé moved here from Jersey. There are a handful of things he misses: pizza, good Chinese food, and his old barber. We stumbled upon this place after Floyd's said they were open online and they weren't. We called, they got my fiancé in immediately, and the experience was great.

Went there because maps showed it was still a sports clips. I needed a haircut so I went in even though it clearly isn’t sports clips. I will now go there every time I need a haircut. Tanner was great and gave me the best haircut of my life.
I was a walk-in client. I'm a female so finding a good barber is hard. Derrick gave me such a GREAT cut. He took his time and got me right. I appreciate him spending time on my cut and not rushing, which is pretty common. I'll be back to see him.

This place is extremely clean and well kept. Everyone is friendly and nice. My cut and beard trim were great and he even cleaned everything up with a razor instead of just trimmer. At a very reasonable price. The attention to detail these guys put forth is fantastic. I’ll definitely be back.

Man, I’ve been to at least 3/4 of the shops (barber and salon) in Lexington trying to find someone who is able to cut my hair right. It’s not that it’s all that complicated, it’s just my hair grows in at different angles so you can just cut it.
